This situation (LEAP has not updated the dates) can occur if you renew your training early.
Renewing training programmes early
If you are already compliant with a mandatory training requirement, and in-date, as your Record of Learning show, then LEAP will not extend that date if your re-complete a training before the renewal time (which is a "window" of 1-3 months before expiry).
If you wait until the reminder email comes from LEAP, then your renewal will register fine.
If staff do renew early, that's also fine, but LEAP won't register it directly, and it will need admin adjustment to update the record. Contact the LEAP admins (or log a support ticket) in this case.
Note for LEAP Admins
When this happens, we usually have to go in and manually edit the course completion and certification completion dates for that user. It's not a fault, it's a feature of renewable trainings needing to be archived to allow recompletion.
