Working on Appraisals when LEAP is down for maintenance

LEAP is very rarely unavailable but, if it is and specifically for planned maintenance outages, there are ways of doing your work offline.

To plan around this, and continue working on appraisals, please use these options:

• Appraisal meetings can go ahead as the key part of appraisal is the meeting and discussion. Participants would simply have to paste in their notes into the LEAP forms later.
• The Appraisals Overview page on LEAP includes an “Appraisals Draft Note Taking Template” that can be downloaded in advance and used for these notes; it includes all the relevant boxes and sections to fill in.
• Appraisees in particular are encouraged to make reflections and fill these in on the LEAP form in advance of the appraisal meeting.
• The current version of an employee’s appraisal form on LEAP can be downloaded at any point [“Download PDF”].
