Appraisal records from previous years

Copies of previous years’ appraisal forms are always available to access on LEAP.     (Also: current and previous objectives are always accessible on LEAP).

Previous years' (or current) appraisal forms can be downloaded as a PDF at any time. Click the links as ringed below, for that year's appraisal, and then find the "View/Download PDF" button.  Your appraisal content for a particular year can be downloaded in this way even if it is marked "Incomplete" or "No longer assigned". 

My Previous Appraisals - as appraisee

You should go to “My Appraisals History” under Appraisals on the top navigation bar on LEAP, then select from the year links listed – as indicated on the screenshot here.

My Previous Appraisals - as manager

You should go to “My Teams” on the top navigation bar on LEAP, then scroll down to reach the "My Team's Appraisals - Previous Years" table. Follow the links in that listing for particular employees' appraisals for particular years – as indicated on the screenshot here (although there may now be extra sections on this screen too).

My Team's Previous Appraisals - with other managers

You cannot automatically see the appraisal records of your team members from times when they were not in your team, or if you personally were not set up as their manager at the time of those appraisals. (The appraisal policy does not recognise this as a requirement and so LEAP is not set up to provide it).

Your team members may choose to download a PDF of a previous appraisal, and then share that with a new manager.  A manager may request this, if they think it would be helpful, but the team member is not obligated to provide it.
