Appraisals for honorary staff and other associated staff

Access to appraisals on LEAP

• Honoraries do not have access to LEAP appraisal as appraisees.
  Conducting these staff's appraisals is the role of their primary employer (there is one exception to this – the Lewisham social workers who do receive a SLaM appraisal on LEAP).
• Honoraries who manage SLaM staff may have access to LEAP appraisal (and supervision) as appraisers / managers.
