As a manager, I want to delegate appraisal of a team member

 

To delegate appraisal to another team member go to: 

• My Team menu item at the top of the page (only available to managers)> click 'Choose Appraiser' next to the team member that will not be appraised by you > search for the Appraiser's name > select 'Choose as Appraiser'  

**Note for managers and appraisers

• If appraisal has been delegated by the manager to another staff member in your team through the manager's My Team dashboard please allow 10-15 mins for the system to update, and then you as the appraiser will see the staff member listed on your My Appraisees dashboard.
