The Managers Induction programme is mandatory for all people-managers joining the organisation from 1st of April 2026.
This will initially apply to Line Managers who are in Non-Medic roles.
All other Line managers are encouraged to attend the programme.
This interactive one-day programme introduces values and management behaviours and systems, policies and key information.
