Logging in to LEAP

You are able to log in to LEAP with your normal SLaM user details, just as to other online services like Maud, Office 365 and Teams.

Accessing LEAP on a Trust computer

• Click the LEAP icon  on the front page of Maud (SLaM's intranet):
  
• Or you can just click the LEAP icon (shortcut ) on your computer's Desktop:
  

Your LEAP access will normally be automatic since you are already logged in to Maud, or to the computer itself.

Details to use if you are asked to log in

When accessing LEAP, you may be presented with the login screen for all the Trust's online services:

 

 

If you see this, you just need to log on using your Trust network details in this format:

• Username = [network-username]@slam.nhs.uk For example, my network username is lchambers1 so my LEAP account username is [e-mail]
• Password = your normal network password

  Logging in from outside the Trust

• You can go directly to the LEAP address (in your browser): https://leap.slam.nhs.uk
• Or you can search for: SLaM LEAP
• You may still have to enter log in details as described above

Bookmark the URL of the site address if you regularly access LEAP in this way.

You can log in on a phone or tablet. Any device connected to the internet can be used to access LEAP, although some content may require a full size screen for best display.

Checking you are logged in

When you are logged in to LEAP, your name will appear on the LEAP menus strip banner, as circled here:
