A Team Admin, Line Manager or Senior Manager can submit a request for this to be reset on Digital Me - this step is required in line with the Trust's Cyber Security Policy so that we can verify who you are.
Passphrase resets cannot be completed over the phone. The above authorisation is required before the Service Desk is able to proceed.
