Accessing LEAP from home

To access LEAP from outside the network, can go to https://leap.slam.nhs.uk, or use the link from Maud. 

 

When accessing LEAP, you may be presented with the login screen for all the Trust's online services:

 

 

If you see this, you just need to log on using your Trust network details in this format:

• Username = [network-username]@slam.nhs.uk For example, my network username is lchambers1 so my LEAP account username is [e-mail]
• Password = your normal network password

Username not recognised - common error

It is common mistake to enter your "normal" email address as your username.

So on the "Sign in" screen above, the right username would be "[e-mail]" not "[e-mail]".
