If you do not see the people you manage under My Teams (or if you see the wrong people; or if you do not see My Team dashboard at all), you will need to request your manager-employee relation is corrected in ESR.
- If the change is not a pay-impacting change (i.e. only a change to the current line manager), please fill in this Workforce manager-update request form.
- If the change is a pay-impacting change (i.e. different pay grade) then please fill in the ESR Change Form. (If you have problems accessing that form, there is help and guidance here).
LEAP does not have its own employment records, it relies on manager information from ESR, so you must request the changes there.
ESR has been updated, but LEAP is still out-of-date?
When the Change Form has been processed, such that the ESR record is up to date, the updated team and manager details will shortly appear on LEAP (generally within two weeks).
Filled in the form, but LEAP is still not updated?
Please follow up with HRTransactions@slam.nhs.uk in this case (but do allow 2 weeks for processing first).
Please note emails to the LEAP inbox will not resolve this for you as the LEAP team in E&D cannot access employment records directly.
Can't See the My Team screen within your LEAP menus?
This will be because the ESR information is not correct or up to date with you not listed as a manager for anybody. Once the updates have gone through, your My Team screen will be available.
You may be able to get on with Appraisals in the meantime by being assigned as a "delegated" appraiser in LEAP.
