Managers need to fill in ESR change forms to notify HR of changes in teams, managers, leavers.
From those change forms, ESR records are updated, and this then leads to updates on LEAP.
Accessing the ESR Change forms

- Or you may click the "Leavers & Staff Change Forms" icon on your SLaM desktop,
The links above should log you straight in, or take you through your SLaM login to gain access. The Leavers and Staff Changes options are ringed in the image below:
Site access and permissions
If you cannot gain access from the above links, you may try the following:
- Go to greenlight365.com directly
- You may be able to log in with the same details as those you use for eExpenses
- If you can't log in here, then contact expenses@slam.nhs.uk to gain access
- If you can log in here, but you don't see the Leavers and Staff Changes options (as ringed in the image above), then contact expenses@slam.nhs.uk to gain access to be set up with your "manager" access (to "Greenlight").
Streamlined process for non-pay-impacting changes
- If the change is not a pay-impacting change (i.e. only a change to the current line manager), please fill in this Workforce manager-update request form.
- This process should be quicker than using the full ESR change form site as above.
