This is your one stop shop for managing your team on LEAP. You will see a full list of your team members, their appraisal and supervision records, as well as a list of those carrying out appraisal on your behalf.
Conducting Appraisals
Please note, if a manager clicks the ‘Manager button on their My Team screen, they will be able to view but not add to that employee’s appraisal forms.
To edit appraisal forms, you must go to your My Appraisees screen and click ‘Appraiser’ for that employee. Whether you are a manager, or a delegated appraiser, you must use this ‘Appraiser’ button to be able to edit the appraisal forms.

Correcting employment records
If you don't see the correct team members listed, your manager status has most likely not been updated on the Trust's Employee staff Records (ESR). Details on how to proceed here.
