I have an Honorary Contract and don't see a record of the courses I've taken.

Some doctors and social workers on Honorary contracts may have been added to HR's Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system, and so may access mandatory training in LEAP. For queries about this, doctors: please email [e-mail]; social workers: please ask your manager to let HR know by completing the relevant forms.

If your manager has a query about updating records of staff in their team please ask them to check with their HR Business Partner.

LEAP relies on information from ESR about your role so that it sorts your record into the relevant mandatory training audience. Please allow some processing time for updates to ESR.
