As of 2024, monthly Supervision compliance reports are once again being produced, and are published on LEAP itself. The reporting simply aims to show how many staff have had a supervision session (as recorded on LEAP) within a given month.
These reports are made available to all LEAP users via the "Compliance Reports" link on the front page of LEAP. The Supervision reports are not currently available within Deming.

This Compliance Reports page also includes the latest figures for Mandatory Training compliance, as well as Appraisal takeup.
In each case, the figures are packaged within spreadsheet tables, so you can use Excel filters to obtain the current data for particular directorates, services, teams.
